MAEPL makes a wide range of Aluminium Alloys like ADC12, AC4B, AS-9, LM-6, LM-24 etc for gravity and pressure die casting applications meeting AA, BS, LM, DIN, JIS, ASM standards.

Our specialization is to make customized alloys to suit the individual customer’s requirements exactly. The specifications of every alloy used by our customers are maintained in a comprehensive database to ensure that we fulfill their future requirements.

Aluminium scrap and virgin ingots are the major raw materials for manufacturing alloy ingots. Proper care is taken while handling and using the scrap. Efficient manufacturing practices, with the help of modern equipments for instant and accurate chemical analysis ensure total quality control right from melting till the alloy ingots are produced.



QUALITY CHECK FOR ALUMINIUM ALLOYS

MAEPL follows strict quality standards in all areas of operations, right from selection of raw materials to dispatch to its valued customers.

spectro Our plant is well equipped with the most advanced analysing instrument like Spectro meter using German technology, Image Analyser and Universal Testing Machine.

At every heating temperature, the alloy is checked intensely not only for its chemical composition but also for its grain size, dross content, gas content and physical strength.

Alloy samples are checked at 3 stages to ensure the uniformity in chemical composition, so as to meet customers’ requirements. We follow JIS, DIN, BS and ASM Standards. We can also manufacture as per the specification given by the customers.

Packing Process for Alloy Ingots

Proper Stacking Bundling Tag system for identification Colour coding is done to differentiate alloys as per customers’ requirement. Each bundle is strapped with a PVC/MS strip as per the customer’s requirement. This is done with the help of our strapping machine in four lines to avoid bundle breakage during transportation. It is then packed with stretch film.
